Andrew Kim (born July 12, 1982) is an American politician and former diplomat serving as the U.S. representative from New Jersey’s 3rd congressional district. The district encompasses Philadelphia’s eastern suburbs along southern and central New Jersey. Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.Congressman Andy Kim represents the Third Congressional District of New Jersey. Congressman Kim has dedicated his life to serving the country. He worked as a career public servant under both Democrats and Republicans, having served at USAID, the Pentagon, the State Department, the White House National Security Council, and in Afghanistan as an advisor to Generals Petraeus and Allen.
